WebSide effects with dose increase. I started Cymbalta in February for anxiety, starting out at 30mg. I was increased to 60 and have tolerated it ok. Then I switched to a new psychiatrist who increased me to 90 about a week ago. Since the increase I've been extremely fatigued and have been feeling depressed. My stomach is also a mess.
