Well, I took the plunge and did the upgrade on my 2024 F-350 that was using Sync 3.0. I followed the directions carefully and everything worked without any issues. The 1st USB took less than 5 minutes. The 2nd USB took 27 minutes to complete. Sync is now at 3.4, build 20021.
