WebAug 16, 2024 · I have installed the Raybestos GPZ drop in kits for tow trucks / wreckers and they are doing well. Power is slightly above factory (actually in a MD behind a DT466). I wouldn't recommend this for a hot street truck, simply because better stuff is available. Not that you can't get it to hold, but all the G3 packs can be bought for a few hundred ... There are two reasons I started using them; They are thinner than the grooved frictions sold for the C4 (.068") but still have radial grooves.
