I had what I thought was a simple question, and they gave me a runaround for over two hours! I do PT for my back, I go to the same place at the same times each week for the same treatment from the same provider. Yet, UMR is paying different amounts for my treatment.

We've had other carriers and never experienced problems like this. UMR is the worst. They go as far as to lie as well.
